Fond of sport, basket ball player, following an injury at dorso-lumbar hinge level when I was thirteen, I cheated with my body to such a point that at thirtythree I got the following radiological lesions :

• Osteoarthrosis of D12-L1 ;
• Osteoarthrosis of left knee ;

• Osteoarthrosis of left hip ( without polar pinching ) ;

I stopped playing basketball and replaced it progressively by long pedestrian excursions in theVar and Corsican mountains privileging climbing and descending.So, I maintained my body in excellent physical form and changed especially the dynamics of my diagram body with the following result : at 67 years old the radiological lesions of my back and knee are quite identical to those I had at 33 years.The osteophyte I presented to the level of the femoral head has modelled and almost completely disappeared.My lumbar area has no osteoarthrosis.

My conclusion with the passing of years, was the following one :

The awakening of a good dynamic body blocks the arthrosic process of mechanical origin and the discovery of the assumption of Professor Delmas taken again by Professor Kapandji in his functional anatomy book, on the particular operation of L3 opened many horizons to me.
