  • Diaphragm : notice primarily that it is relaxed with expiration and contracted with inspiration.
Notice too that the diaphragm fits, by posteriors pillars, on the lower edge of D12 and the bodies of L1 and L2 on the left going until L3 on the right.

It also fits on the psoas arcade ( from the body of L2 to the process of L1) and on the arcade of the square of the lombes( from the process of L1 to the twelfth coast).
One will note the intrication of these pillars and thes fibrous arcades which are located above L3.

Notice too, in that important zone, the presence of abdominal aorta which pass in the thorax at D12 level by a fixed fibrous opening, which represents the end organisation of a fibrous bed consisted by the intersection of fibres of right and left pillars in front of vertebral bodies.

So significant expiration for body dynamics removing the diaphragmatic tension frees the ilio-psoas tension and incidentally that of the square of the lombes.

  • Muscles of the abdomen :
they should only start to work after the bascule of the pelvis and put themselves in tension only gradually during the trunk erection.
Tranverse muscles, during the opening of the iliac wings facilitating the passage of the sacrum, the obliques and finally the right muscles when the distance pubis-sternum is at maximum.
Prematurely used, they block breathing and wrongly take part in the bascule of the pelvis creating during effort pubalgies and pain in adductor muscles.
